Terms of Service

Acceptable use:

• Commissions are for personal, non-commercial use only, meaning that you do not intend to profit from my work.
• You cannot turn my art into NFTs or use it to train AI.
• You can post this commission as long as appropriate credit is given.
• I may post commissions to my own socials; please specify if you would like your commission to stay private.

Payment:

• All payments will be through Paypal invoices only.
• Full payment will be required before a final product is sent.

Timeline:

• After you fill out my commissions form, I will reach out to you to further discuss details. If I do not contact you within a couple days, please message me on discord.
• I will send you a concept sketch based on this discussion. Once you approve this sketch, I will send you an invoice. A majority or full payment must be completed before I will continue working on your commission.
• I will send you a clean sketch; minor alterations at this point are free, but major alterations will carry a fee.
• Finally, provided that the invoice is fully paid, I will send you the completed commission. Any alterations at this point (major or minor) will incur additional charges.

Special Circumstances:

• If there are any circumstances that may prevent me from working on your commission, I will inform you. If you have not heard from me for a week, feel free to check in on your commission through email or discord.
• I reserve the right to decline commissions for any reason before I begin work on them.
• Cancellations are only available before any payments are made on an invoice. Once an invoice is paid, I will be unable to cancel your commission or give any refunds.
